Granville Biomedical is a women-led Canadian health technology company specializing in anatomically accurate pelvic health models designed to enhance clinical training, support patient education, and advance healthcare innovation.

Founded in 2019 by product designer Christine Goudie and nurse practitioner Crystal Northcott, the company was born from a shared recognition that women’s health lacked realistic, inclusive, and accessible teaching tools. United by a commitment to improving healthcare education and representation, the founders set out to develop innovative simulation technologies that better support practitioners, educators, and patients around the world.

Granville Biomedical launched its flagship Venus™ Pelvic Health Educational Model in 2021 and has since built an international presence in women’s health simulation and education. Today, our anatomical models reach customers in more than 40 countries through direct and distributor sales channels spanning North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia.

Our models are used by healthcare practitioners, medical schools, pelvic floor physiotherapists, sexual health educators, and medical device companies worldwide. Granville Biomedical products have also supported clinical research and healthcare innovation initiatives focused on advancing women’s health technologies, clinical education, and patient-centred care.
