SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipments are sent and delivered between Monday and Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Delivery times vary depending on your order quantity, customization, courier, and location. The tracking number provided with your order confirmation will indicate your package arrival time.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you may return them, unused, within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or replacement.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TARIFFS

Foreign customs, duties, or taroffs may be applicable to your order based on your country. Such fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please review all import fees within your country prior to ordering.

CONDITIONS

1. Products being returned must be unused, unaltered, and in original unopened packaging.
2. Before returning any product, please contact us to receive instructions on how and where to ship the return.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of a Granville Biomedical error. Please obtain a tracking number from your shipper or courier. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable.
4. In some situations, there may be certain items that cannot be returned. These items will be clearly marked "No Returns" in the product description. Please be certain of your purchased items.
